Energy and Fluid Specialist – Process Engineering Lead

About the role

The Energy and Fluid Specialist leads the Process Engineering function within the brewery, focusing on optimizing utility generation and utilization. The role drives performance improvements, ensures process stability, and supports the realization of true process capability across brewing and E&F operations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to help brewing and E&F production teams achieve optimal plant performance.
• Provide line support for both situational and systemic problem‑solving.
• Execute process optimisation initiatives and capability studies.
• Support design and execution of regional capital projects, including leading small CAPIN projects.
• Coach process engineering trainees and identify/close technological gaps.
• Manage and implement improvement projects to optimise plant and process performance.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in brewing or energy & fluid environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to handle complex problems.
• Proven ability to develop project plans and meet deadlines.
