Freelance Korean-English Remote Interpreter

About the role

We are looking for fluent Korean-English bilingual speakers to join our remote interpreting team. You will provide over-the-phone (OPI) and video remote interpretation (VRI) services for high-stakes situations such as healthcare and legal encounters, working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, real-time consecutive interpretation between Korean and English.
• Facilitate clear communication in high-pressure settings, maintaining confidentiality and neutrality.
• Manage your own schedule, logging in reliably to receive and handle interpretation calls.

Required profile

• Native or near-native fluency in both Korean and English.
• Strong active listening, cultural sensitivity and emotional resilience.
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
• Beginners welcome; prior interpreting experience is a plus.
