About the role

The company is looking for a senior specialist to develop the "General Plan" (GP) section of construction projects. The position can be performed on‑site or remotely, with a preference for office work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the GP section and its explanatory note.
• Coordinate with the state expertise body to address comments on the GP section.
• Collaborate with the project team and other specialists to achieve optimal design solutions.

Required profile

• Possession of a free qualification certificate issued by Belstroycenter, or the ability to obtain one.
• Full‑time employment (1.0 FTE) as the main workplace.
• Relevant higher education in construction or related fields.
• Thorough knowledge of Belarusian construction norms, rules, and standards applicable to the GP section.
• Proven experience in preparing design documentation for the GP section.
• Experience successfully passing state construction expertise in the Republic of Belarus.
