Lead AWS DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to drive automation, scalability and reliability across our large‑scale enterprise environment. You will work closely with development, operations and infrastructure teams to design, build and maintain cloud solutions and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.
• Develop and maintain AWS cloud solutions focused on automation, security and dependability.
• Manage infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate workflows with Bash, Python, Shell and other scripting tools.
• Maintain source control and support build/release processes with Git, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline and CodeDeploy.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to establish best practices for deployment, monitoring and reliability.
• Lead initiatives for tooling improvements, platform upgrades and DevOps practice advancement.
• Ensure AWS security best practices (IAM roles, security groups, access controls) are applied.
• Provide networking support across AWS and on‑premises environments.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, perform root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS DevOps and cloud‑based delivery.
• Proven track record designing and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in infrastructure‑as‑code, automation and scripting.
• Deep understanding of AWS security, networking and Linux/Unix systems.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) and ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
