Lead AWS DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to design and deliver innovative cloud solutions. You will drive automation, build CI/CD pipelines, and shape AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code while collaborating with a global community of cloud enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for clients, solving complex AWS and DevOps challenges.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to enable seamless application development.
• Automate AWS infrastructure and platform deployment using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other IaC tools.
• Assist clients with AWS account setup, IAM, networking, security, observability, cost optimization, and billing.
• Provide architecture guidance, best‑practice recommendations, data migration, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
• Implement multiple production deployment strategies and manage configuration using configuration‑management tools.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated build and test processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of production experience on AWS.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, containers and orchestration (preferably Kubernetes).
• Proven automation skills with Terraform, CloudFormation or similar tools.
• Deep expertise in core AWS services (compute, storage, security, networking, observability).
• Ability to propose, defend and document technical solutions based on data‑driven decisions.
• Expertise in Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and common development methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing monitoring solutions.
• Nice to have: AWS certifications.
