Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the evolution of our cloud‑based operations and CI/CD pipelines. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, ensuring high availability, security and performance of our software delivery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams to guarantee seamless interoperability between applications and infrastructure.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing DevOps team, providing guidance and resources for professional growth.
• Design, deploy and maintain reliable cloud solutions and service‑oriented architectures on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or equivalent.
• Implement and manage logging, monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Ensure system availability, scalability, performance and security through best‑practice hardening and configuration management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, container orchestration and configuration management.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating DevOps engineers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Networking and security architecture fundamentals.
