Lead SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Lead SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to drive the functional design, implementation and global rollout of Credit Management capabilities within our SAP S/4HANA environment. The role serves as the primary subject‑matter expert, collaborating with business stakeholders, SAP architects, development teams and market representatives throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA/FSCM Credit Management aligned with Order‑to‑Cash architecture.
• Facilitate workshops to capture credit policies, risk‑management requirements and market‑specific needs.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs, configuration and integration specifications.
• Configure credit segments, profiles, limits, exposure, scoring, automatic checks, block/release processes and reporting.
• Define and validate integration with SAP SD, FI, Business Partner and external systems.
• Analyze existing processes, recommend standard S/4HANA capabilities and minimise customisation.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP and integration teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Lead creation of a global template and manage localisation for market rollouts.
• Provide functional leadership, documentation and knowledge transfer to other consultants and market teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM.
• Strong understanding of Credit Management and Order‑to‑Cash business processes.
• Proven experience in SAP SD, FI and Business Partner integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead functional workshops and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle (design, build, SIT, UAT, cut‑over, go‑live).
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex cross‑functional SAP issues.
