About the role

Online Class is an international online English school that focuses on a personalised approach and measurable results. The company is expanding its B2B segment and seeks a proactive sales professional to acquire new corporate partners across Belarus, Russian‑speaking Poland and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and initiate contact with corporate prospects.
• Negotiate, identify business needs and present corporate training solutions.
• Manage client relationships from first contact through post‑sale support.
• Prepare commercial proposals and guide deals to contract signing.
• Generate leads through active selling and develop partner channels.
• Contribute to B2B strategy and suggest sales‑process improvements.
• Maintain client database and reporting in a CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in education, HR, IT or consulting.
• Proven negotiation, needs‑analysis and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience with cold calling and handling objections.
• Self‑organized, result‑oriented and strong written/oral communication skills.
• English proficiency of at least A2 level.
• Familiarity with corporate markets in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia or similar regions is a plus.
