About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who can listen to clients, present compelling arguments, and close deals. The ideal candidate thrives on results and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Present products and services, qualify client needs, and showcase commercial proposals and value propositions.
• Maintain the client database, record all interactions in the CRM system, create tasks, and monitor deadlines.
• Prepare cost calculations, commercial offers, and tender documentation, including contracts.
• Handle objections with reasoned arguments to increase brand loyalty.
• Achieve personal sales targets for revenue, number of deals, and acquisition of new clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales.
• Knowledge of active sales techniques and business correspondence.
• Ability to manage objections and work under stress.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24, AmoCRM, 1C) is mandatory.
• Confident PC user with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
• Strong oral and written communication, result‑orientation, punctuality.

What we offer

• 5‑day work week (9:00‑17:00).
