About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Sales Manager specialized in metal structures. You will be responsible for expanding the client base across Belarus, Russia and the CIS, building long‑term relationships and supporting the entire sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract large customers in the Belarusian, Russian and CIS markets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Expand and sustain the existing client portfolio.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for sales activities, from prospecting to closing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling metal structures.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Confident computer user with good command of standard office tools.
• Energetic, responsible and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a personal computer for business tasks.
