NetSuite Functional Consultant

About the role

Andersen is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join its international IT team. You will work closely with clients across various industries to analyze, configure, and optimize NetSuite solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and existing NetSuite configurations.
• Conduct functional review sessions and workshops with client teams.
• Map Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to NetSuite capabilities and identify gaps.
• Recommend standard NetSuite functionality to replace customizations where possible.
• Configure, test, and validate NetSuite modules.
• Support migration validation activities and prepare functional documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate change requests and advise clients on NetSuite best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of functional consulting experience with NetSuite.
• Proven involvement in NetSuite implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, especially finance, procurement, inventory, and order management.
• Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders.
• Ability to perform fit‑gap analysis and support UAT and production rollout.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
