Network Administrator (Intermediate) – TS/SCI Required

About the role

GDIT is seeking an Intermediate Network Administrator with a Top Secret/SCI clearance to support Army Intelligence operations. You will ensure secure, reliable network connectivity across LAN and WAN environments while advancing your career in enterprise IT.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor local area network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, and access points.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, GRE tunnels, DMVPN, and MPLS/L3VPN circuits.
• Evaluate solutions, present recommendations, and support hardware, software, and telecommunications installations.
• Collaborate with network services, systems engineering, and application development teams to resolve core issues and improve performance.
• Administer network security, perform backups, manage user accounts, and enforce established policies and procedures.
• Provide end‑user support and training related to network operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in network administration or related fields.
• U.S. citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Strong knowledge of fiber and copper Ethernet technologies, LAN/WAN design, and tunnel‑based connectivity.
• Proven ability to monitor network performance, enforce security standards, and maintain compliance.
