Senior Business Analyst – Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a Senior or Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in biology, chemistry or bioinformatics to join our Life Sciences practice. You will work on high‑impact projects for leading clients in clinical trials, laboratory automation and drug discovery, acting as the bridge between scientific experts and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple project streams and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder teams.
• Collaborate with scientists to capture complex domain requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Define, document and decompose detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Prioritize and manage the project backlog, communicating business and technical priorities.
• Guide technical design, providing strategic input to keep solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and support the development team throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Academic background in biology, chemistry or bioinformatics.
• Proven experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in a laboratory or life‑science environment.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+ level).
• Familiarity with GxP and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
