About the role

The Senior Marketing System Integrations Specialist will design, build and operate end‑to‑end integration solutions that enable global marketing operations, candidate engagement and lead lifecycle processes. Working hands‑on, you will own the full lifecycle of integration flows, ensuring reliable, scalable data movement across multiple platforms without reliance on a separate development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain system integrations supporting global marketing initiatives.
• Build event‑driven integration flows such as webhooks and asynchronous processing.
• Ensure consistent data synchronization and integrity across interconnected systems.
• Own integrations from design through production support, monitoring health and resolving failures.
• Adapt integration logic as business processes evolve.
• Collaborate with product, operations and technical stakeholders to align integration behavior with business needs.
• Document integration architectures, assumptions and operational guidelines.
• Apply best practices for stability, scalability and error handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and operating production‑grade system integrations.
• Strong understanding of event‑driven and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Proven ability to work independently without a dedicated development team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for diagnosing complex data flow issues.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear documentation for long‑term maintainability.
