Senior Salesforce Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead multiple software development projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams and product managers to define requirements, manage risks and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders and define project scope.
• Create and maintain program documentation and release schedules.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers and other teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Act as Scrum Master: run sprints, manage schedules, identify and communicate issues.
• Drive high‑velocity delivery in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Provide hands‑on development support and cross‑functional coordination to achieve program outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of business analysis or functional consulting experience with emerging technologies.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
