Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our innovative tech team. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements and guide the engineering team through successful ServiceNow implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and clarify requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for program and project management.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Act as Scrum Master: manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate updates.
• Oversee release schedules, milestones, and ensure high efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination, meetings, and workshops.
• Analyze business processes, develop project plans, and perform data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Validate that solutions meet business objectives and conduct post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 4 years of business analysis or related experience in emerging technologies.
• Background in software development and managing complex, multi‑team programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical expertise.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
