Technical Product Owner – Travel Digital Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to shape innovative digital products for the travel industry. You will bridge client business goals, customer experience, data, and engineering to deliver scalable, AI‑ready solutions for a fast‑moving global market.

Key responsibilities

• Define product direction by aligning client objectives, user needs, operational constraints, and technical feasibility.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, set priorities, write acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery‑ready requirements across discovery to validation.
• Apply business analysis techniques to clarify processes, stakeholder needs, rules, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Drive prioritisation decisions based on business value, customer impact, feasibility, data dependencies and delivery risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders, engineering, data/BI teams, vendors and delivery managers around scope, priorities and implementation approach.
• Support data‑driven product areas by capturing data needs, reporting expectations, validation logic and business interpretation of outputs.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, requirements structuring, backlog refinement, documentation and decision preparation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the travel domain and digital travel products.
• Proven product ownership and business analysis expertise, including backlog management, prioritisation and documentation.
• Ability to work at the intersection of product ownership, data and engineering.
• Advanced English (C1) and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis, validation and business logic clarification.
• Power BI or equivalent analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with data platforms, ETL processes, data validation, data structures and data flows.
• Understanding of backend systems, APIs, JSON and XML.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools and the ability to identify AI‑enhancement opportunities.
