Multi-Site Facilities Manager

About the role

The Multi-Site Facilities Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple Greystar assets, ensuring high‑quality hard facilities management services across all locations. Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will lead on‑site teams, manage subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site Facilities Teams to deliver reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and life‑cycle replacement programmes.
• Implement energy and utilities management procedures and monitor performance.
• Engage with residents to identify service gaps and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve KPI targets in line with company standards and SFG20 quality benchmarks.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members to meet performance and succession goals.
• Manage all subcontractors, including specialist building, grounds and pest‑control contractors.
• Maintain accurate stock records, site logs, RAMS, permits to work and conduct annual PAT testing for statutory compliance.
• Participate in tendering, contract negotiation and business development activities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in facilities management across multiple sites.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, contracts and supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, community managers and senior leadership.
• Commitment to health, safety and regulatory compliance.
