Pool Attendant – Summit Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Pool Attendant to maintain the safety, appearance, and operational standards of the Summit Pointe community pool area. This onsite position involves daily cleaning, equipment upkeep, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean pools and hot tubs, removing debris and vacuuming dirt and grime as needed.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the pool area, including grounds, furniture, and building exteriors.
• Enforce posted pool rules to ensure the safety and well‑being of all users.
• Maintain tools and equipment, request replacements, and assist in stocking inventory.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist Service Technicians with duties as requested.

Required profile

• Ability to enforce community pool rules consistently.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety standards.
• Willingness to assist Service Technicians and maintain equipment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
