Independent Software Sales – Commission Only

About the role

Arkedia is seeking motivated independent sales representatives to generate custom software projects across the Gulf, Europe and America. This position is commission‑only, offering a higher rate than our salaried sales roles, with terms defined before you start.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies that need custom software solutions.
• Gather client requirements, budget constraints and project timelines.
• Coordinate discovery calls and product demos with Arkedia’s technical team.
• Follow up on proposals, keep the CRM updated and guide each opportunity to agreement and hand‑over.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in software or technical services.
• Strong follow‑up habits and confidence discussing requirements, proposals and pricing.
• Basic understanding of custom software, ERP, SaaS and mobile applications.
• Existing contacts or market knowledge in at least one of the Gulf, European or American regions.
• Professional communication in the language of your target market and ability to manage your own sales pipeline.
