AI Workplace Solutions Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking an AI Workplace Solutions Engineer to drive modern collaboration and AI‑powered productivity across the enterprise. The role focuses on enabling, integrating, and governing workplace and AI solutions to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Microsoft Teams and core collaboration services, including meetings and voice capabilities.
• Enable and support AI‑powered tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and ensure proper governance, adoption, and cost control.
• Drive onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes for AI applications and development tools.
• Support and optimise voice solutions, including integration with telephony platforms and SBC infrastructure.
• Implement automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph and related technologies.
• Provide advanced support for complex cross‑platform issues while ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise AI governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms.
• Good understanding of modern cloud platforms and identity management (e.g., Entra ID).
• Exposure to voice and telephony solutions, including Microsoft Teams Phone and SBC integrations.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible use practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
