Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead process optimisation, coordinate production, logistics and purchasing, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and improve current work processes to increase productivity and develop operational strategies.
• Manage resource and warehouse functions, including inventory, procurement planning and digital technology implementation.
• Oversee quality control, monitor plan implementation and resolve deviations promptly.
• Lead HR activities such as training, team motivation and employee engagement.
• Control finance and risk by reducing operating costs and mitigating business threats.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in engineering or economics.
• 3‑5 years of managerial experience in an international construction or chemical materials company.
• Proven ability to build, motivate and develop teams.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2); knowledge of Russian or Kyrgyz is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and strong strategic, analytical and leadership skills.
