Production Engineer – Supply Chain

About the role

CCI is seeking a Production Engineer to join its Supply Chain team in Bishkek. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance to identify opportunities for cycle‑time reduction and operational efficiency gains.
• Monitor execution of production plans, prevent disruptions, and maximize equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to inspect products, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operators’ reports and logbooks, and contribute to the development of SOPs and equipment instructions.
• Identify production reserves and develop proposals for their effective utilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant production engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering field.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
