ABAP Tech Lead

About the role

EPAM is looking for an ABAP Tech Lead to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality SAP ABAP solutions. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP ABAP programs following coding standards.
• Perform detailed analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of complex ABAP reports, forms, and interfaces.
• Work with business analysts to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Execute system modifications, enhancements, and troubleshoot defects promptly.
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of S/4HANA.
• Experience with ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP) and OData.
• Proven experience leading a development team.
• B2+ level English proficiency.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
