Digital Ad Quality Analyst – AI‑Assisted QC

About the role

As the final checkpoint before ads reach clients, you will review completed video and static ads to ensure they meet technical specs, brand guidelines, and legal requirements. You will also help train an AI‑assisted QC system by identifying its mistakes and providing accurate reference data.

Key responsibilities

• Review short‑form video and image ads for copy, visual, audio, and graphic errors, documenting issues by type and severity.
• Identify false positives and false negatives in the AI checker output, supplying structured feedback to improve system accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client‑specific legal disclaimers and flag gaps in brand or legal reference materials.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in quality control, proofreading, or a similar review role.
• Excellent English fluency with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented approach and strong organizational skills to handle high volumes of work.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and using digital communication platforms.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management or media‑review tools such as Monday.com.
• Familiarity with video collaboration platforms like Frame.io.
