Lead AI Engineer with AWS Bedrock

About the role

EPAM is looking for a hands‑on Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and operate AIOps solutions on AWS Bedrock. You will lead the technical delivery of GenAI‑powered services, ensuring they are production‑ready, scalable, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AIOps platforms using AWS Bedrock and agent‑based architectures.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI services in Python or TypeScript.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure with AWS CDK, integrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into monitoring, automation, and incident‑handling workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑grade AI features.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of deployed solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on engineering experience delivering production‑grade software.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a technical team.
• Proven experience with AWS Bedrock (including AgentCore) in real projects.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
