Lead Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer to drive data strategy for clients across finance, telecom, e‑commerce, media, insurance, oil & gas, and pharma. You will combine hands‑on technical expertise with strategic leadership, mentoring a team while designing scalable data warehouses and executive‑level dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts and BI engineers, fostering continuous learning.
• Partner directly with product owners and C‑level stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver interactive demos.
• Establish standards for visualization design, performance tuning, query optimization, and QA testing.
• Design and build advanced dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Architect dimensional data models (star and snowflake) and implement central data‑warehouse solutions.
• Build, manage, and optimize automated ETL pipelines with tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Maintain data quality, profiling, and security (e.g., row‑level security, workspace governance).
• Develop advanced analytics models in Python for RFM, ABC/XYZ, CLV, and metric monitoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience creating high‑performance BI dashboards and data models.
• 1+ years of proven leadership or mentoring experience in an Agile environment.
• Expert‑level SQL knowledge and experience with relational and columnar/cloud databases.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture (DWH, data lakes, lakehouses, data marts).
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analytics.
