Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate scalable Azure infrastructure focused on AI/ML workloads. The role works closely with development, QA and R&D teams to deliver reliable, secure and cost‑effective cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage Azure infrastructure optimized for AI/ML workloads.
• Deploy and maintain Azure AI technologies such as OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry and API Management.
• Automate application deployment and scaling using Kubernetes.
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines for rapid prototyping and production releases.
• Implement security, compliance and cost‑management best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve cloud and DevOps processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new cloud, AI and DevOps advancements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience building secure, well‑architected Azure environments.
• Hands‑on experience with modern Azure AI tooling (AI Search, OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Hub, API Management).
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency with CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Seq and Azure Monitor.
• Ability to enforce security, compliance and cost‑management practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
