Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the evolution of our operations environment. You will lead a team of DevOps professionals, shape our CI/CD pipelines, and implement cloud‑native solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless interoperability of applications and infrastructure.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing DevOps team, providing resources and growth opportunities.
• Design and deploy reliable cloud solutions and service‑oriented architectures on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Improve CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or equivalents.
• Maintain logging, monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health and security.
• Guarantee availability, scalability, performance and security of all services.
• Apply industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of networking and security architectures.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, configuration‑management tools, containerization and scripting.
• Proven leadership experience in building and motivating DevOps teams.
• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
