Lead Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to partner with development, security, quality, and operations teams. You will drive reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our cloud‑based services while championing AI‑enabled platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed SRE practices and define reliability targets.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Establish and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), manage error budgets, and conduct post‑mortems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and reduce operational toil.
• Deploy and operate monitoring systems to ensure application and infrastructure health.
• Guide the adoption of generative AI, autonomous agents, and AIOps to improve operations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering and management stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SRE or related experience.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of SLO/SLI, error budgets, capacity planning, and incident management.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.

• Monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalents).

• AI/ML model operations, including services such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI.
