Lead Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer to partner with development and operations teams, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient. You will drive automation, AI‑enabled platform capabilities, and continuous improvement of operational practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, security, quality, and operations teams to implement SRE practices.
• Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), manage error budgets, and conduct post‑mortems.
• Design, deliver, and support cloud‑based solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application incidents promptly.
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems for infrastructure and application reliability.
• Lead the adoption of AI technologies such as Generative AI, autonomous agents, and AIOps.
• Guide teams on capacity planning, incident management and reducing operational toil.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a closely related role.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.

Required skills

• Python or comparable scripting/programming language.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and configuration management tools.
• Monitoring and observability tools.
• SRE practices: SLO/SLI, error budgets, post‑mortems, capacity planning, incident management.
• Experience with AI/ML operations: LLM deployment, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI.
