About the role

ASTON offers a paid General Management Program designed for aspiring IT managers. As a Coordinator‑trainee you will receive hands‑on training in Agile and Scrum, work on real IT projects, and after successful completion move into a full‑time manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive training program covering Agile, Scrum, and product & people management.
• Apply learned concepts as a Training Coordinator within the internship department.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross‑functional teams on live IT product projects for banks, retail chains, and developers.
• Transition to a managerial role in one of ASTON’s departments after completing the program.

Required profile

• Higher education completed; technical background (computer science, mathematics, physics) is a strong advantage.
• Motivation, ambition, and willingness to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic English proficiency (minimum A2 level).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Scrum framework.
