Payments Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Payments Solution Architect to lead the technical design of complex banking integrations and modern fintech implementations. You will act as the bridge between banking requirements and cross‑functional teams, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and mission‑critical.

Key responsibilities

• Architect complex connections within banking ecosystems (API orchestration, core banking) using enterprise integration patterns.
• Process RFPs, create technical proposals, and lead customer workshops to present architectural vision.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and audits, producing remediation reports and design documentation.
• Define security architectures (HSM, key management) to guarantee PCI DSS compliance across all workflows, including AI and crypto layers.
• Lead the adoption of GenAI/ML tools and crypto/digital‑asset services into traditional banking rails.
• Guide development teams through customization, deployment, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with mobile, web, and data practices to ensure seamless end‑to‑end payment product implementation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of development experience (Java/.NET) and 5+ years in solution architecture.
• Deep knowledge of PCI DSS, card schemes, and banking standards (ISO 8583/20022).
• Proven leadership in architecture engagements and ability to communicate with C‑level stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
