SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect to lead business and technology transformation initiatives for global customers. You will define target architectures, drive Clean Core adoption, and create roadmaps that maximize value from SAP's cloud ERP while ensuring upgrade‑safe extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Define SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud target architecture and integration principles.
• Lead Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and business process standardization initiatives.
• Design side‑by‑side extension architecture on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Develop Clean Core adoption strategy and governance for upgrades and innovation.
• Establish SAP BTP adoption roadmap and support enterprise architecture teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and SAP Activate implementation teams.
• Define security, compliance, and extensibility architecture.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Software Architect.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with Fit‑to‑Standard, SAP Best Practices, and Central Business Configuration.
• Background in Enterprise Architecture, BTP Architecture and Solution Architecture.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
