SAP Technical Engineering Manager – FICO

About the role

EPAM is seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Engineering Manager to lead global SAP FICO operations. You will build and nurture high‑performance teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence for complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a worldwide team of SAP experts, overseeing all SAP FICO activities.
• Build, lead, and nurture high‑performance FICO teams across multiple locations.
• Drive global strategic initiatives that expand the SAP FICO discipline.
• Craft proposals and statements of work for SAP projects in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage direct customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery, team performance, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of SAP FICO best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands‑on experience with SAP FICO, including leadership of complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary, customer‑facing projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher).
