Senior AI Agent Developer with AWS and Databricks

About the role

EPAM Kyrgyzstan is seeking a hands‑on Senior AI Agent Developer to design, build, and operate end‑to‑end machine‑learning solutions. You will work with large‑scale data, collaborate across functions, and ensure AI models run reliably in production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise ML/AI models and data pipelines.
• Deploy models to production on AWS and Databricks, guaranteeing scalability and performance.
• Build and maintain MLOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring and automated retraining.
• Engineer features and prepare training datasets from large‑scale data sources.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Communicate progress, insights and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve model quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong expertise with AWS and Databricks for building and scaling pipelines.
• Proven practice of MLOps, including CI/CD, model monitoring and retraining.
• Experience in feature engineering and handling large‑scale datasets.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
