Senior AI DevOps/SRE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI DevOps/SRE to join our team and work closely with data scientists and software developers. You will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and scaling cutting‑edge AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and machine‑learning projects.
• Monitor reliability, availability, and performance of AI applications, especially LLM‑based services.
• Collaborate with research teams to operationalize models efficiently.
• Enforce best practices for version control, configuration management, and testing of AI‑driven software.
• Utilize MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or TensorFlow Extended to streamline the model lifecycle.
• Implement monitoring solutions for system metrics and model performance.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and apply SRE principles to meet SLOs and reduce downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong background in software development, automation, and Generative AI operations.
• Experience deploying and managing LLMs and RAG technologies.

Required skills

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• MLOps platforms: Kubeflow, MLflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX).
• Cloud services: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Programming: Python (data‑science and ML contexts).
