Mid-level Data Analyst – Data Visualization & Insights

About the role

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Mid-level Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. The role combines statistical analysis, data visualization, research, and stakeholder communication, and starts immediately on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical and quantitative methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, simulations, and time‑series analysis.
• Validate analytical outputs, identify anomalies and outliers, and translate findings into practical recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau, adapting formats for executive summaries or detailed analytical reports.
• Monitor dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy as data sources, business rules, and system configurations evolve.
• Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Research relevant datasets, industry benchmarks, and external context to support decision‑making.
• Assess data quality, investigate inconsistencies, and use AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with a data‑visualization platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience creating dashboards and analytical presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in clear, practical language.
