Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled, innovation‑driven Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment, turning the latest AI research into production‑grade systems that create measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable AI applications such as chatbots, search platforms, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges and propose LLM‑driven solutions.
• Create data pipelines, design prompt strategies, and build testing frameworks to ensure model safety, accuracy, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers in AI best practices.
• Run rapid experiments, build prototypes, and stay current with emerging AI research and tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience delivering production‑grade AI, ML, or LLM‑based solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and web frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Solid grasp of NLP concepts (semantic similarity, tokenization, text classification).
• Hands‑on experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.
• Familiarity with major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock) and frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
• Experience deploying AI applications at scale, managing cloud costs, and evaluating model quality.
• Ability to quickly build user interfaces with Streamlit, Gradio, or similar tools.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
