Senior Application Support Engineer

About the role

EPAM Kyrgyzstan is looking for a proactive Senior Application Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of business application services. You will act as a key point of contact for incident and problem management, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve application issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted business services.
• Support the transition of new features from development to production.
• Identify and implement initiatives to optimise service operations.
• Automate manual processes to improve consistency and efficiency for end‑users.
• Communicate with stakeholders during incidents, problems and escalations.
• Collaborate with teams following Kanban, SAFe or SCRUM frameworks.
• Oversee release management and ensure engineering alignment within Agile delivery practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Collibra or Collibra workflow scripting.
• Strong background in incident and problem management for application support.
• Experience working within at least one Enterprise Agile framework (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM).
• Ability to handle multiple operations or projects with attention to detail.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
