Senior Business Analyst with hands-on AI expertise

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Business Analyst with hands‑on AI expertise to lead client engagements in a dynamic consulting environment. The role bridges business challenges with cutting‑edge AI solutions, driving innovation and measurable outcomes across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify high‑impact AI use cases and translate business needs into detailed requirements, data specifications and model performance metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers and stakeholders to design, validate and implement scalable AI solutions.
• Conduct workshops for non‑technical audiences to communicate AI capabilities and limitations.
• Redesign workflows to integrate AI components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to deliver cohesive AI solutions.
• Ideate and evaluate AI‑driven solutions based on feasibility, business value and innovation potential.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Consultant, with at least 6 months on AI/ML projects.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑driven solutions such as chatbots, recommendation engines or predictive models.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, LLMs, neural networks).
• Familiarity with AI tools and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) is a plus.
