Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS & Cloud Automation

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure. You will work with cutting‑edge tools such as GitLab, Terraform, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, and Ansible to enable fast, reliable delivery of micro‑services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins and related tools.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize AWS services, including EKS clusters.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy micro‑services on Kubernetes/EKS via GitLab CI/CD.
• Lead the migration of existing Jenkins pipelines to GitLab.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring high availability.
• Stay current with DevOps best practices and emerging cloud technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
• Strong background in CI/CD, IaC, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
