Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen platform reliability, drive advanced troubleshooting, and automate core client services. You will work on complex incidents, lead root‑cause analyses, and help shape long‑term system stability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for advanced incident management, performing deep‑dive troubleshooting of infrastructure, containers, and cloud services.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for major or recurring issues, document findings and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, maintain infrastructure‑as‑code, and enhance the CI/CD toolchain.
• Plan and execute high‑risk architectural changes such as cluster migrations and major upgrades.
• Analyze system performance, adjust resources and configurations for stability and cost optimisation.
• Create and update SOPs and runbooks, and deliver training sessions.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, covering escalations and complex deployments, including weekend stand‑by.

Required profile

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Expertise with IIS, HAProxy and RabbitMQ.
• Background in Active Directory and TLS certificate management.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm.
• Familiarity with AWS IAM, EKS, Auto Scaling Groups, ALB/NLB and Route53.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Understanding of JEMSfm, JEMSco, JEMSts and JEMSmm platforms.
• Competency in IoT Edge environments.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, data‑warehouse concepts and MS SQL.
• Flexibility for on‑call work, including weekends.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
