Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer

About the role

EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications team and seeks a Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer. You will design and build scalable, code‑driven solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio for global enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, including plugins, scripts, and custom security models.
• Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver bug fixes, and create temporary workarounds.
• Work in an Agile environment following standard development practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business‑critical solutions.
• Analyze existing applications and propose improvements for performance, maintainability, usability, and efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate flows.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for UI scripting and C#/.NET for plugins, custom APIs, connectors, and Azure Functions.
• Solid understanding of GenAI and large language model fundamentals.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud fundamentals and Agile development practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English (B2+).
