Senior Business Process Analyst

About the role

Join GDIT’s US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES‑X) program as a Senior Business Process Analyst. You will support a specialized equipment program, driving logistics, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement for a globally dispersed team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of program goals, processes, and operational requirements.
• Manage user account documentation, equipment issuance and return records.
• Act as liaison with external partners, providing training and resolving operational issues.
• Support leadership by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and tracking milestones.
• Create, update, and enforce program policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and report program data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support inventory planning, scheduling, and decision‑making through operational research.
• Serve as primary liaison to NATO nations, coordinating equipment needs and logistical issues.

Required profile

• 10+ years of systems administration experience.
• Active Secret clearance (must maintain).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification (or higher).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools (Remedy, SCSM).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
