Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build and maintain internal platforms that give development teams self‑service capabilities for deploying, monitoring and managing applications at scale. The role sits at the intersection of development, operations and security, ensuring a reliable and high‑performance environment for multiple teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain internal platforms that enable self‑service deployment, monitoring and management of applications.
• Develop and maintain standardized tools, frameworks and libraries to streamline workflows across teams.
• Integrate development tools and services into a cohesive platform ecosystem.
• Improve developer experience through documentation, training and support.
• Implement high‑availability, reliability and performance practices for platform services.
• Use DORA metrics to measure and enhance development and operational processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve platform‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in platform engineering or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with high‑availability, high‑performance, multi‑data‑center and hybrid‑cloud environments.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written and reading).
