Senior Salesforce Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead the execution and management of multiple software development projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product managers to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders and define project scope.
• Create and maintain program documentation and release schedules.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and product managers throughout the software lifecycle.
• Act as Scrum Master, manage sprint planning, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Drive high‑velocity delivery in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring quality.
• Provide hands‑on development support and cross‑functional coordination to achieve program outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of business analysis or functional consulting experience with emerging technologies.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong background as a Scrum Master and in Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
