Software Engineering Manager with Python

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with strong Python expertise to lead and grow our engineering team. You will drive resource management, build Python competency, and create an engaging environment that supports career development and motivation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to software development while upholding corporate and project engineering standards.
• Establish long‑term client partnerships, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery.
• Define project schedules, prioritize activities, resolve issues and defects, and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Participate in overall project design and manage product lifecycle to meet financial and business goals.
• Collaborate with developers on requirements, supervise development, review deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Plan resources for new opportunities and existing business, recruit and onboard talent, and manage knowledge transfer.
• Coach engineers, define personal development plans, and foster a positive team culture.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with Python and cloud technologies.
• 2+ years delivering projects using Agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum preferred).
• Proven experience managing teams of 15+ members and handling people‑management challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and English (B2+) skills.
