Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead pre‑sales activities and design enterprise‑grade solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost‑effective architectures, integrating technologies such as LLMs (OpenAI), SAP, SAP BTP, and modern front‑end stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand client business and technical needs.
• Design and present Azure‑based solution architectures and technical proposals.
• Develop critical code components and integrations while maintaining hands‑on involvement.
• Facilitate client workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, covering architecture, sizing, and preliminary pricing.
• Validate solution feasibility with delivery teams and ensure best‑practice adherence.
• Build and nurture relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners.

Required profile

• Solid background in .NET development.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture, primarily Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to design and deploy Generative AI solutions on Azure, including agentic automation concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
