Banking Analyst – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Banking Analyst will support the full project cycle for EBRD investments in Kyrgyzstan, from origination through monitoring. Working under the guidance of senior bankers, the analyst will conduct due‑diligence, financial analysis and assist in the implementation of technical cooperation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to transaction structuring and execution, including market research, financial statement analysis, and building/updating financial models.
• Prepare technical cooperation assistance documents such as terms of reference and internal approvals.
• Support portfolio monitoring by tracking project performance, covenant compliance and preparing draft monitoring reports.
• Assist with communication to internal units, clients and stakeholders, drafting correspondence and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience in finance.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, ACCA or CIMA are desirable.
• Strong quantitative and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
• Experience in banking, investment, private‑equity, asset‑management or financial consulting.
